A Brooklyn resident for 20 years, Liz is excited to reopen one of the borough’s most iconic restaurants to the dynamic Downtown community. Liz’s pedigree includes leading roles in a number of New York City’s most celebrated dining rooms, such as Gramercy Tavern, Locanda Verde, The ‘ino Group, and Lupa Osteria Romana. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally. She will never admit it but she owes it all to her husband. She knows more than she should about cheese.
