Linlee Herman

Executive Administrator

From kitchens and dining rooms and operations, Linlee has worked in hospitality for most of her life. Since moving to New York is 2015, she has managed independent restaurants and nightlife venues, including Union Hall, where she oversaw late-night service and a packed calendar of live events. She also worked as an executive Assistant to D’Artagnan co-founder Ariana Daguin, and later joined her at AOOA Farm in the Hudson Valley as Executive Administrator. She joined Gage & Tollner in 2024 and now leads HR, payroll, systems, and special projects.
