As co-owner and head of build, Ben orchestrated all engineering, construction, and restoration efforts for Gage & Tollner. Renowned for designing beloved Brooklyn restaurants Insa and The Good Fork -- which he operates with his wife, chef Sohui Kim -- Ben’s expert craftsmanship extends beyond tangibility, as he optimizes each of his buildouts to ensure the best guest experience possible. For Ben’s next project, he’ll be lovingly restoring an Arby’s in Mexico.
