Corkage Policy: We charge $45 per bottle, for up to 3 standard size (750ml) bottles. We do not open any outside spirits.

Gage & Tollner Celebration Cakes
Specialty cakes are available for your next celebratory evening with at least 72 hours notice. Cakes must be enjoyed onsite.
All cakes are three layers, with no sprinkles or food coloring. Special requests and complex customizations for celebration cakes may incur an additional fee and require more notice for Chef Kathryn.

G&T Birthday Cake
Choice of light vanilla cake or rich chocolate sourcream cake with a choice of chocolate or vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. Decorated with chocolate cookie crumble and fresh flowers. Nut-free.

Signature Coconut Cake
A large format version of our signature menu item. Fluffy coconut lime cake layered with coconut pastry cream and fresh lime curd. Finished with coconut Swiss meringue buttercream, cashew pink peppercorn brittle, fresh flowers and toasted coconut. Can be made nut-free.

Lemon Poppy Olive Oil
Supple lemon poppy olive oil cake layers, filled with fresh lemon curd, and finished with Swiss meringue buttercream. Decorated with candied lemon zest and fresh flowers. Nut free.

Carrot Cake
Walnut carrot cake with coconut and a classic cream cheese frosting. No raisins! Decorated with walnuts and toasted coconut.

Salted Milk Chocolate Caramel Cake
Rich dark chocolate cake layers filled with milk chocolate caramel ganache and finished with a salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream. Decorated with fresh flowers, chocolate cookie crunch and flakey sea salt. Nut-free.
