Tori Ciambrello

Acting General Manager

Tori began her career in food service at the age of 14, slinging loaves of bread at an Italian Deli in her hometown of Fairfield, CT. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, she discovered her passion for wine which drove her to the front of the house. She worked as a captain and sommelier at the famed Gramercy Tavern before pivoting to management once again to re-open the historic Gage & Tollner, where she served as Assistant General Manager since opening in April 2021. She took on wine curation for the restaurant in September 2022, and as of February 2024 has been promoted to Acting General Manager. She is a Level 2 Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Somms, and has worked everywhere from small bars to Michelin star restaurants abroad.
